The Clear Offer
Build the offer you keep trying to explain.
Six weeks to settle the audience, promise, package, price, and sales process for one offer priced between $3,000 and $10,000.
Hours on every proposal.
A consultant in one of my groups decided what to charge fresh, every time:
Honestly, I’m cringing at myself for spending hours and hours making my previous proposals.
The problem wasn’t her template. She’d never decided what the normal offer looked like — she was doing offer strategy mid-sale. Expensive to repeat.
A clear offer gives you a starting point.
You know who it’s for, what it costs, and what changes. You can still adjust — clarity doesn’t make the work a commodity. It just gives you somewhere to begin, instead of rebuilding the business every sales call.
Six weeks. We make those decisions together.
What we’ll settle
People you understand well enough to help, and can reach.
What changes, and what you can honestly deliver.
What's included, and where it ends.
Between $3,000 and $10,000 — right for the value and your capacity.
How someone finds the offer, and decides.
These depend on each other — a new headline alone rarely fixes it.
What six weeks looks like
Weekly 90-minute sessions — part teaching, mostly your offer meeting an actual business and needing a real decision. You’ll hear other consultants work through theirs too; it’s often obvious what someone else should sell.
Between calls, send the question that can’t wait, and get feedback while the decision is still live.
What you leave with
- One audience you can identify and reach
- A clear problem and promise
- A package with real boundaries
- A price you can explain
- A sales path from conversation to decision
- Language for the call, the page, the proposal
- A short list of people to show it to
The goal isn’t a beautiful document. It’s an offer you can take to market.
This room is for you if
You have real client work to draw from You can list what you could sell, but not what to lead with Your offer changes every time you explain it Every proposal starts at zero You're ready to sell something priced $3,000–$10,000
Not for you if you want your first business idea, or can’t make room for a weekly call.
What I can prove
This six-week format is new — I won’t borrow proof from a different one. What I can show is how people describe working through these ideas with me:
It helped me stop selling the tools instead of the outcome. It changed how I put my offers together.
Feedback from past workshop participants, not Clear Offer graduates. Edited for length.
